The Manhattan Garden City

The Manhattan Garden City at the Araneta Center in Cubao, Quezon City is your key to a life of fun in Metro Manila. They claim to be the country’s first transit-oriented development (although other Philippine property developers may contest that), linking all of its 20 residential condominium towers to the metro’s fast, traffic-free train system.

The Araneta Center is at the meeting point of two train systems: the LRT2 along Aurora Boulevard, and the MRT3 along EDSA. The Manhattan Garden City is the first and only residential project connected to both lines. In other words, you are just a quick stroll away from transportation that will bring you to major destinations north, south, east, and west of Metro Manila.

The LRT2 links you from Santolan, Pasig to Recto Avenue in Manila. The MRT3 runs from North Avenue to Taft Avenue along EDSA. Both lines connect with the LRT1 which travels from Monumento in Caloocan to Baclaran in ParaƱaque. The LRT1 links up with the MRT3 at Taft Avenue in Pasay, and the LRT2 at Doroteo Jose in Manila.

In other words, from the Manhattan Garden City the major destinations are just minutes away:

Divisoria (29 minutes)
Makati CBD (17 minutes)
Marikina (15 minutes)

Ateneo (8 minutes)

All the 20 residential towers of your community are connected by a 729-meter-long footbridge standing four storeys above the streets. These 4-meter walkways connect directly to the LRT2 and the MRT3. Alongside the walkway are 2 meters (on either side) of greenery and sitting areas.

The Manhattan Garden City is part of the Araneta Center.

The entryway is a four-level transfer station featuring a hotel-style lobby, a grand staircase, and four passenger elevators.

The transfer station connects you to the retail row at the ground floor. The parking area is located in the basement, second, and third levels. The garden walkway is in the fourth level. You have easy access to the Gateway Mall, which is famous for The Oasis (a unique interior floating garden). You are also near shopping hubs like Rustan’s, SM, Shopwise, Ali Mall and Farmers Plaza.

Reservations are now accepted for the first phase of the Manhattan Garden City: Manhattan Parkway.

Its three towers host spacious executive studios and relaxing one-bedroom suites. The units look out on the Araneta Center and Manila Bay. Arrayed at the fourth-level garden deck are leisure amenities including:

  • Trellised walkways

  • Jogging trails

  • Fitness station

  • Indoor sauna/spa

  • Gym

Footbridges will connect you to a lot more play amenities in the upcoming phases.
